The interested party has the right to require: a) the updating, rectification or, if of interest, the integration of the details; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the block of the data processed in violation of the law, including those that need not be stored given the purpose for which the data has been collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations detailed under letters a) and b) are brought to the attention, even with regard to their content, to those whose data has been communicated or distributed, unless said operation is impossible or requires an effort that is clearly disproportionate compared to the right safeguarded. The interested party has the right to oppose, entirely or in part: a) the processing of the data that concerns said interested party, even if pertinent to the purpose of the data collection, for legitimate reasons; b) the processing of personal details that concern the interested party for the purpose of sending advertising materials or engaging in direct sales or in order to perform market research or sales pitches.
